People can suffer from travel sickness with varying degrees of severity, but it is certainly never an enjoyable experience. To allow the ingredients in the tablets to be properly absorbed in the blood by the time the ship departs, make sure you take them at least sixty minutes before hand. This will mean that you’ll be protected against sickness from the minute you step on the boat.
