What’s the difference between an Africa Safari and a Caribbean one?

Have any of us really seen anything on a Caribbean Safari? When ever somebody thinks of the Caribbean they always think of the beaches and the blue seas. If you think about the Caribbean, what do you first think of, a safari location, i don’t think so.

Although you won’t be finding lions or many larger animals on one of these safaris there are many different and diverse animals living here. Across the islands there are a massive amount of bird species. Trinidad alone has more bird species than the whole of Canada. With humming birds hovering about around and Pelicans flying way over head it is an astonishing sight.

Now large animals are some what limited on the land but there is not short fall of large animals in the ocean. But the Wildlife doesn’t just end at the shoreline, if you get in a safari boat they will take you out to sea. You will be seeing Whales and dolphins, and even a diving is optional if you have the proper training. So unlike a safari in Africa where the jeep is safety, you don’t have to worry about too many predators on a Caribbean Safari. However there are some large animals that you will be told to watch out for on some of the larger islands, there are some alligators that lurk about.

What is truly astonishing is the general knowledge that the guides have about some of these certain areas. They tell interesting and memorable stories about the animals and their origins. Rain forest Safari is where these people have their best stories, adventures and tales. So if you have the decision on a Kenya safari or a Caribbean safari, you should think about what kind of holiday you would prefer, the adventure strung Africa Safari, or the more relaxed Caribbean Safari?

Hawaii Top Vacation Spot

Many people fall in love with Hawaii , and really what’s not to love. Each Island has it’s own flavor, great beaches and plenty of sunshine all year around. If you love the outdoors then Hawaii is the perfect vacation fit, and you will have a very healthy and fun vacation. 

I personally had many wonderful, and memorable vacations on many of the island of Maui, Honolulu, and the Big Island. I love to sea kayak, snorkel, deep sea fish, whale watching, take helicopter flights over the volcano, hit the beaches, and swim with turtles that have no qualms of swimming right up to you. So much to do, and the time just flies by. 

If you are considering an Hawaiian Vacation I would highly recommend it.

With a very friendly group of people Lanai is reckoned as the smallest island in Hawaii.

With all the variety in almost every island it is almost guaranteed that you will have the best holiday in Hawaii and the most relaxing one as well. Finding dry land adventures can be overwhelming as well depending on the island you choose to visit. .You can fill your daily itinerary with trips to visit an active volcano, jungle treks, hiking, majestic waterfalls, beautiful orchid nurseries, visit a tasty pineapple farm or sugar cane location, helicopter tours, hop on a bike tour, Polynesian Culture Center, Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial, or attend a Hawaiian Luau and enjoy the show.

You’ll be hungry after all the activity inside your room honeymoon suite and outside as well. So, head out to your easily accessible resort restaurants, or if you have rented a car, you may wish to inquire with the hotel staff where you can find cuisine that Hawaii is famous for.
