I personally had many wonderful, and memorable vacations on many of the island of Maui, Honolulu, and the Big Island. I love to sea kayak, snorkel, deep sea fish, whale watching, take helicopter flights over the volcano, hit the beaches, and swim with turtles that have no qualms of swimming right up to you. So much to do, and the time just flies by.
